Cycle Access

Bicycles may be taken free of charge on Tube and DLR permitted sections (see map), but not between 0730 and 0930 or 1600 and 1900 on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays)

Restrictions for non-folding bikes apply Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) on trains:
Timed to arrive at Euston between 07:00 to 10:00 or timed to depart from Euston between 16:00 to 19:00
Timed to depart in either direction 07:00 to 10:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 between:
Willesden Junction and Gospel Oak
Gospel Oak and Blackhorse Road
Highbury & Islington and New Cross/Clapham Junction/Crystal Palace/West Croydon

Bikes not allowed at any point during the journey on any train arriving London Marylebone Mon - Fri from 0745 to 1000 OR Leaving London Marylebone from 1630 to 1930

Cycles are not permitted on weekday services ariving in London Fenchurch Street between 07.15 and 09.45, or leaving London Fenchurch Street between 16.30 and 18.42.

Bikes are not Permitted on trains travelling towards London that are timed to arrive at or pass through any central London station between 0700 and 1000 Monday to Friday OR on trains travelling away from London and timed to depart from or pass through any central London station between 1600 and 1900 Monday to Friday.

Reservations are compulsory on all high speed train services arriving in London Paddington between 07.00 and 10.00 and all services departing London Paddington between 15.00-19.00 inclusive.

Only folded cycles can be accommodated during busy times. These restrictions apply Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays
AM - any trains arriving at Stratford or Liverpool Street between 0745 and 0945*
PM - any trains departing from Stratford or Liverpool Street between 1630 and 1830*

Full-size cycles cannot be taken on board any train arriving in London Euston between 07.00 and 09.59, or departing from London Euston between 16.00 and 18.59 on Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays). Folding cycles can be carried without charge on any service at any time.

Regular cycle cannot be carried on services due to arrive into London/Brighton or Kensington Olympia between 07:00 and 10:00 Monday to Friday OR On services due to depart from London or Kensington Olympia between 16:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday

Cycles are not permitted on peak time services arriving in London from Monday to Friday between 07.00 and 09.59, and leaving London between 16.00 and 18.59.

In the area bounded by London Waterloo, Reading, Hook, Alton, Guildford and Dorking, cycles may not join or leave trains due to arrive at London Waterloo between 0715 and 1000 inclusive, or which leave London Waterloo between 1645 and 1900 inclusive.
At stations between Clapham Junction and Feltham / Strawberry Hill, cycles may also not join or leave trains which are due to leave Clapham Junction between 0745 and 0900.
